I've got Izbee completed and installed Haven device, Tress is completed, but somehow even with never shutting the game off since starting, Ray and Mickey got left behind. Leave them that way, it will then continue the quests without repeats! I'm almost done now, but don't restart game or quit to menu or it'll restart. There's a fix a user proposed in one of the other threads, start the mission, go to all the drops but DON'T OPEN ANY, just go by them to see them count.
